I began my career in media with print journalism eight years ago. Today I continue to evolve as a media professional in an ever-changing industry.

While I still love writing, I have been able to enhance my storytelling techniques not just through words but various forms of media such as video, still photography and graphics. My experience includes producing, shooting and editing video for nonprofit organizations and businesses. I have delivered projects for promotional purposes, fundraising events and brand development.

As a multimedia producer, I have the ability to see a project from the pre-production phase to completion and have also had experience in media distribution. My resume reel will demonstrate that I am able to wear different hats in addition to being a producer, which has been a challenging experience that has given me a great deal of confidence in myself.

I am comfortable using software including Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, In-Design and, occasionally, Illustrator, to edit my projects. My projects show that I am capable of catering to a diverse audience and have produced professional work that has been published and used by my clients either on their websites, blogs or other social media.

I consider myself a life-long learner which I think is very important for any profession, especially media. I believe I have what it takes to be a strong storyteller and want to continue to experiment with different techniques and approaches depending on the opportunities that come my way.
